Event Planning and Consulting

• Conduct research and consult on event themes
• Event site location

• Assist in planning of decor and entertainment

Act as Liaison between client and event vendors

• Caterers

• Entertainment
• Servers, bartenders or other party staff

• Accommodatons for attendees (if applicable)

*There is a minimum of a two hour charge for all services. Fees are then calculated by 15 minute intervals; e.g. a meeting with a caterer that takes two hours and 15 minutes will cost $168.75.
